We believe that you shouldn’t have to worry about the hidden costs of wedding photography. Is it just coverage? How do I get my photos? How much for a second shooter etc. etc. etc…. 

We keep it super simple - find the best package for you and we take care of the rest.

 

Our Packages (each option will have tax added for the county in which your wedding takes place):

Package 1 - $2300

Package 2 - $1500

Package 3 - $1000

 

 

Package 1 - $2300 flat rate (plus tax for the county in which your wedding is taking place - we all have to pay taxes unfortunately, even photographers). 

You get two professional photographers for your whole day. What does that mean?  When you start getting ready, we start documenting your day, and we don't leave until your send off.

While you enjoy the honeymoon, Alex takes a few weeks to hand edit every image. Once they are complete we mail you your USBs of all of your precious moments ready to print with all print rights included. We also put up a password-protected online viewing gallery for your family and friends. 

Of course if you want Thank You Cards, Canvas Prints, Prints for your friends and family…we would love for you to order from us and use our professional printer. But there’s no pressure. We make sure you have everything you need to remember your special day without breaking the bank. 

Here's a quick breakdown of what your investment will give you:

2 professional photographers for your entire day.

400-600 hand edited images - all print quality (most clients receive around 900 images)  

Facebook preview posts and Pinterest preview posts after your wedding, perfect for sharing with friends and family while you wait for all of your images to arrive.  

Print rights to your images which means you can print them anywhere, anytime - the images are yours to do with as you wish. 

A password protected online gallery of all of your images from your wedding day.

Two backups of all of your editing wedding images on our A&A Weddings hard drives. You can contact us at anytime to receive another copy of your images (there is a $200 fee (plus tax) for the additional USB drive)

Anytime consultation before your wedding day - email, text or call us - we would love to help make your day as special as it can be!

We often work with family members to surprise our couples with custom designed books, framed photos and or wall art. Just call, email or text us and we can start designing your gifts today. 

 

Package 2 - $1500 Alex will provide 6 hours of coverage on your wedding day.  This package does not include a second shooter, so we ask that your guest list not exceed 150 people.  You'll receive everything that package 1 has to offer - hand edited images, delivery of all of your images on USB and an online gallery.  This package is for our clients who don't need as much coverage but still want beautiful custom images from their special day. 

 

Package 3 - $1000 A&A Weddings stands for Alex and Associates.  We have amazing photographers on staff that would love to capture your wedding!  With over 11 years of experience, Megan Kime brings her talents to our more intimate weddings, elopements and non-traditional ceremonies.  We request that your guest list be no more than 75 people for this package.  This package includes 5 hours of coverage and we guarantee delivery of 500 images (we usually deliver more).  This package gives our couples hand edited images, delivery of all of those images on USB and an online gallery.  We would love to hear about your plans and create the perfect shot list to capture your special day! 

 

Clients who book A&A as their wedding photographers receive a special rate on any engagement, bridal or bridal boudoir sessions.  Tell us what your dream session would look like and we will make it happen!

 

The Fine Print –

 

 

All booking fees will be charged the tax rate of the county where the wedding is taking place (if your wedding is in Durham, you will be charged a tax rate of 7.5%). 

Weddings outside of Chapel Hill, Raleigh and or Durham may have a travel fee associated with booking A&A weddings. On average the travel fee will not exceed $350. 

A $700 non-refundable deposit must be given to A&A weddings at the time of booking us as your photographers. For package 3 this deposit will be $500. We aren’t able to hold your date without this deposit.  Deposits may be made via check or credit card.  Our couples receive a receipt for the deposit along with an email confirming that we have your date reserved on our calendar.

A contract detailing all terms and conditions must be signed at the time of booking A&A Weddings. A&A weddings cannot hold your date until the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

We are more than happy to talk over the fine print with all of our couples and answer any questions you might have. 

The remaining balance due to A&A Weddings must be paid in full 30 days prior to your wedding date. 

We don’t want finances to be a concern.  We are committed to marrying your dreams with your budget and will work with couples on custom payment plans.  No matter what the agreed upon payment plan, the remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the date of your wedding.

We know that cost is a concern for many couples getting married.  We want to keep it simple so that you can focus on what really matters - your special day!
